Persons with anger management problems have a few options available to learn to control their temper. While many claim to see red or to lose it when confronted by certain circumstances, once they realize the need exists for help, they can explore the options that are open for their level of problem.
While some respond to certain triggers with yelling, screaming and possibly throwing things there are others who respond by withdrawing and closing themselves off from the rest of their world.
