Penis Enlargement Exercises



Penis massages or exercises are one of the methods used for penis enlargement. It is considered to be the safest way to increase the size of the penis, provided they are done in a safe way. The first technique is called the PC flex which is a helpful exercise in penis enlargement. It gives you those rock-hard erections. These exercises will help you develop your PC muscles. When you are in the act or erected, you can stop from peeing but you feel a squeeze from under your package and in front of your anus that's where your PC is, and you just did a PC flex.

You are able to stop from peeing because of your PC therefore your PC needs to become stronger. Start doing these flexes for 5 min during your first week and then after the first week, raise it to 10min; 3rd week, 20 min and 4th week, 30 min (more than 30 min might give you back pain).

The second exercise is the Long Schlong; grab your penis under the head with an ok grip making an "O" with your thumb and index finger. Hold the penis in your hand and stretch in front of you. Now hold it there for 15 secs, and repeat four sets for every direction: Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight out also make sure you massage in between every rep. Pull until you feel a good stretch and don't pull too hard.

The next basic penis enlargement massage is the Jelq. You should use lubrication during this exercise preferably water based. Baby oil is a good choice. Get an 80% erection after that make an ok grip at the base and slide it up towards the head which takes about 2-3 secs. Also make sure you are not just pushing the skin but also pushing the blood. Now when you reach the head switch hands, start again, and do 25 of these in your first week. Add a set of 25 every week and continue till you reach 200 jelqs. Always massage after each set to prevent injury.

Weight hanging is another exercise used for the penis enlargement process. In this exercise weights and stretchers are used to enlarge the size based on the tensile force and the body's ability to adapt. Due to the continuous tension cells within an area are forced to divide and multiply increasing the tissue mass.

The other method for penis enlargement is ballooning which involves prolonging your ejaculation. During your sexual activity you should be able to hold your ejaculation 3-5 times. When the penis is erected massage the penile shaft, base, pubis, groins and scrotum to increase the blood flow thus by holding the ejaculation you will be able to accelerate the metabolism of testoterene. Practicing it frequently will stimulate growth in the corpora cavernosa which is the spongy tissue in the shaft; this will help you to gain 1 to 3 inches.
